Our leading edge approach to transforming the lives of youth-at-risk is unique and highly effective. We are the originals of successful adolescent residential drug treatment centers that offer long term permanent recovery. As pioneers in the field, V3 Tucson continues to light the way with fresh and innovative teen drug treatment solutions.

Many young adults and teens, aged 17-25, complete a traditional short-term drug/alcohol treatment rehabilitation program and are then faced with the challenge of living sober without a firm foundation in recovery.

V3 Tucson believes that transformation is the key. The young addicts in our care are given the opportunity to recreate themselves by applying the fundamentals of the 12-step program while working with licensed professionals who understand dual-diagnosis and co-occurring disorders as they relate to addiction. Each resident is consistently coached in how to take responsibility for their recovery and how to apply what they learn as they work towards achieving personal goals.

The V3 Tucson program of study encompasses all areas essential to impacting a complete transformational experience for each resident. The principles of Leadership, Excellence and Service are at the core of the V3 Tucson educational paradigm and are reinforced through the application of experiential behavior modification, daily attendance at 12-step meetings, group therapies, individualized therapy, physical activities, Neurotherapy/ Biofeedback training, community service, and participation in the Family Workshop Series.

Collective accountability (peer-on-peer) is paramount to the V3 Tucson program. Each day presents new opportunities for growth and change as residents learn the value of teamwork through the pursuit, and expected completion of common goals, within the context of their daily experience.

Education is freedom. Also integral to the V3 Tucson curriculum is the pursuit of academic endeavors. Upon registration in the program, residents immediately align with local and national educational facilities as they are encouraged to complete their High School diploma, gain College credit or acquire a University degree.

We are proud to announce the V3 Tucson Debating Team (see new pictures in our Photo Gallery). All residents participate in the preparation and presentation of their arguments; addressing relevant topical issues ranging from current politics, to economics, to real-life matters facing young adults today.

Specifically designed to impact Transformation for each individual, our adolescent drug treatment curriculum assures sustained sobriety, personal accountability, the development of core competencies, leadership training, life skills application, social decorum, strong work ethic, academic pursuits and employment strategies.

The transition from debilitating drug/alcohol dependency, and co-occuring disorders associated with addiction, to an exceptional world of possibility is attainable for every young adult who completes the program.
